A relational container for women reclaiming instinct, emotional truth, and embodied wisdom.

This is not a self-improvement group or a place to perform healing.
The Women’s Circle is a facilitated, relational space where women reconnect with the parts of themselves shaped by over-giving, self-abandonment, silence, or disconnection from the body.
Through shared presence, honest reflection, and nervous-system-aware facilitation, women learn to listen to their inner signals, trust their instincts, and express truth without losing themselves.

Tired of holding everything together for others
Unsure where their truth ends and adaptation begins
Longing for depth, honesty, and grounded connection
Ready to stop abandoning themselves in relationship

The work unfolds through relationship.
We slow down enough to notice emotional patterns, bodily responses, and relational dynamics as they arise. We do not fix, diagnose, or advise unless asked for. We listen, reflect, and stay present.
Over time, women develop greater emotional clarity, self-trust, and the capacity to remain embodied and honest in their lives, relationships, and choices.

Our work is spiritually open and non-dogmatic.
We honor the intelligence of the body, the wisdom of instinct, and the deeper current moving through each woman’s life. No single belief system defines truth here. What matters is authenticity, presence, and integration.

Meeting Time: Tuesday evenings @ 6:30pm PST
Group Size: Intentionally small
Confidentiality: Absolute
